The Chinese delegation, while visiting Sri Lanka and Nepal between March 4 and 13, had a special meeting with the newly elected President of Maldives Mohammed Muizzu. After the visit by the Chinese delegation, the Chinese Army has also shared its views. He has told through WeChat account that we have discussed military relations and issues of common concern in the three countries.

There was a time when Maldives was an integral friendly nation of India, but now it has become its special friendly nation due to the allurement of China.
Relations between India and Maldives have been affected due to China’s interference. The situation is that there is a lot of dispute going on between the two countries. Muizzu’s stance is continuously becoming negative against India.
